Sequence Name Reformatter developed in Dr. Mullins Lab at University of Washington is a web interface for user to extract information in sequence names in a fasta file and output a sequence fasta file with newly formatted sequence names containing the extracted information. All sequence names in file should have same pattern, otherwise the program will not perform properly. User is able to define delimeter(s) according to the name pattern to separate and extract information in the pattern, and then reformat new sequence names by using the extract information.
